There are different fittings in different standards to suit the necessary pipe sizes. The ANSI B16.9 Copper Nickel Tee fits with pipes ranging from ½ inch to 48 inches in diameter. When there is a need for diameter reduction in a pipeline, the Copper Nickel Reducer is used. The copper nickel products are also referred to as cupronickel products. As an ASTM B366 Cupro Nickel Pipe Fittings manufacturer we produce all kinds of quality copper nickel fittings. Sometimes extra strength is required at pipe connections and the Copper Nickel Socket weld Fittings can provide just that strength at connections because of the additional socket present in them. There are different grades of copper nickel material and different methods such as buttwelds. The ASME SB 366 Copper Nickel Buttweld Fittings produced by us are suitable for high temperature applications as the buttweld provides extra resistance to high temperature. There are Cu-Ni Stub Ends which come with a flare surface at one end and they could be welded to pipe on the other end. Our Copper Nickel Threaded Pipe Fittings are of high quality.
