The ASTM A276 Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 Round Bar is also very much corrosion resistant and can withstand mild to high temperatures as well. The bars are used mostly in the construction industry for their strength. There are different shapes and sizes of the bars. We produce the 2205 Stainless Flat Bar for uses in furniture making, structural applications like frameworks and in applications like kitchen appliances and in decorative applications. Our Duplex 2205 Hex Bar is used mainly in applications that have to bear weight. The geometrical shape helps the bars to hold much weight. There are different standards such as the WERKSTOFF NR. 1.4462 Duplex Rod which provide specific mechanical properties. The round bars and rods could be used to produce secondary products such as bolts, nuts, studs, screws and fasteners. We produce black bars as well as the UNS S31803 Bright Bar. The bright bars have polished surfaces and are more expensive than the black bars. Our bright bars could be used in applications with mostly decorative values.
